Blue Chamomile essential oil: Also known as German chamomile, this blue essential oil is one of the most powerful healing oils for the skin. Close in kin to popular blue tansy, this oil is rich in chamazulene which is what gives the essential oil its beautiful blue color. It has cooling, antioxidant, antimicrobial and antibacterial properties to help control bad bacteria. It also has strong anti-inflammatory properties and powerful skin healing effects that work wonders on problematic skin. 
 
Immortelle essential oil:  Helichrysum, also known as immortelle or everlasting, is a small yellow flower with amazing healing and regenerative properties. It gets its name from the fact that the blooms never wilt! The essential oil extracted from the bloom and is a powerful healer. Used in synergy with blue chamomile, it creates a powerhouse skin healing combo, great for diminishing redness and speeding the healing of blemishes. 
 
Tamanu oil:  Pressed from the nut of the Ati tree, this dark green oil has skin-healing, antibacterial and regenerative properties. It is rich in antioxidants and also has anti-inflammatory properties, which makes it one of the best oils for acne-prone skin.
 
Pomegranate oil: Useful for cell regeneration and improving the skin's ability to retain moisture, which is essential for healthy skin. Pomegranate oil is high in flavonoids, antioxidants (including ellagic acid) which help prevent UV damage. It also contains the rare fatty acid omega-5 (punicic acid) which is known to soothe the skin and prevent moisture loss.
 
Grapeseed oil: This oil is lightweight and absorbs easily into the skin. It can help retain moisture and is rich in the essential fatty acid linoleic acid. Research has shown that linoleic acid is effective in cell regulation, skin-barrier repair, and has anti-inflammatory properties. Some studies have even shown that acne-prone skin may be deficient in linoleic acid, and applying it topically can help clear the skin.

We use a fast absorbing, high quality oil that is extremely high in linolenic (Omega-3) and linoleic acid (Omega-6), both beneficial fatty acids. We then carefully sun-infused this oil with blemish-busting organic thyme and sebum-balancing green tea to create a powerful clarifying herbal infusion.
